Please carefully review your order details before placing your order. Customization or personalization is not available for our products, and orders will be prepared exactly as shown in the product listing.

4. Processing & Delivery

Handmade products require time to create. Orders are processed within the timeframe mentioned on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assist you.

6. Returns & Exchanges

7. Order Changes & Cancellation
